SWOT
A.) Written communication
Example 1: Shot List for Unit 17: Short Film

Example 2: Shooting Schedule for Unit 17: Short Film

Example 3: Audio Files - good or bad for Unit 20: Podcast

This could relate to being a screenwriter in a way, this is because in the script they put in camera angles, they might also make a shot list, since it involves the camera angles and they are in charge of describing the film, including the dialogue and plot and what is happening in the scene, so it would make sense for them to do a shot list, so they have an idea of shots to do, but a cinematographer could also make a shot list, this is because they are in charge of the camera crew and bring the script to life, therefore they could write the different shots, that they think would fit for a particular scene. In this case i'd say i would be good, since i thought about the scene and how it would look and which shots would be best for it, to make it feel a certain way, since if it's a close up of the face, it gives off an close up and personal feeling and you can see how they are feeling, whereas if its a wider shot of an important scene, it wouldn't have the same impact as the shot being close up, for example if you zoom in on a knife on a scene, it highlights its importance and because the cinematographer brings the screenwriters ideas to life, they might have to think of shots to use for the scenes, which is why i think i would be good. One of the things i would need to work on is adding notes, if needed, since it might not be obvious.
This shows that i can be a screenwriter in a way since they have to help the director with various things for example screenwriting, going to the location with the director and other things, so showing that i can create a shot list shows that i have some skills to be a screenwriter, since in the script they have to put in different shots and visualise it in their head and i visualised it in my head and put it down in a written communication like a screenwriter would for a script. Some of the gaps i have in my written communication is writing the sentences simple, rather than having too much writing, that way it would be easier to read, since its like a script with the action scenes and you have to write four sentences so its easy to read but i find that difficult. To improve this i can try taking my time to become better at writing less, so that it still has that impact.
B.) Verbal communication
Example 1: Final recording for our radio station: Unit 55: Radio

Example 2: Vox pops/interview with Anna: Unit 20: Podcast
I would say this relates to a cinematographer since they are in charge of the lighting and camera crew and therefore would need to set up equipment, or tell them where it would need to go and in the radio unit we had to take a picture of us setting up the equipment and i did partly set up the equipment, since i had to read the instructions and set it up but when i didn't understand, i asked the people in my team to see if they understood it, but other than that this kind of practical doesn't really relate to a screenwriter or a cinematographer.
The verbal communication also shows that i have some skills to be a photographer since there are images on their taken by using a camera and it has a bit of written communication and since the cinematographer might help with the script, they would need to be good at some written communication. For the verbal communication, if i took taking the images myself, i would improve on getting better images of the equipment, so you could see it more, however at this point for the radio unit, i was in charge of making the recording run smoothly, so i couldn't take the photos but i could've after but i forgot, so i could improve on better images of equipment and making a list, so i am prepared and don't forget anything. To improve this i will write a list of what i need to do, whether its taking images and making sure i know exactly when to start and so on.
C.) Practical Production
Example 1: Space Animation: Unit 62: 3D Modelling

Example 2: Clips from the short film: Unit 17: Short Film

This is related to a cinematographer, this is because they use a script and bring the idea to life, when we were recording our short film i would tell them sometimes where the camera should go, this is because i was acting in it as well and i printed the shot list so i would refer to it when doing a shot, that i thought would make the scene better, like when a character had to walk in on a conversation, i did an over the shoulder shot and walked with them and the cinematographer does record it too. I think something that could've been improved on when i was making the short film is the focus, since we had someone who didn't know how to use a camera and no one told them to put it in focus. With the person who wrote the script, they did ask if it was alright and if we should make changes, so its like how a screenwriter helps the producer make changes to a script, i also came up with the idea and location and a screenwriter will check out the location with the producer, however i went alone and checked the location and a screenwriter also has to be creative and coming up with ideas is what they do and we had three ideas and we went with mine, so it was like how a screenwriter pitches the script and ideas but in this case just the ideas. So in this case i'd say i'd be good at being a screenwriter but not so much a cinematographer, since they are in charge of everyone and im not very good at telling people what to do.
This shows some other skills that i have to be a cinematographer since they have to bring the script to life and for the short film i helped setup the camera shot, whether it was a mid shot or not and with the 3D animation it shows that i have creative skills, which are need to be a cinematographer.
One thing i could improve is informing the cameraman to put the camera in focus, since that was one of the main and only problems we had, other than one clip which had bags in shot and if you look closely you can see the landyard, which gave away the location, since it looked a bit like a college, but that was only one clip. To improve this i will make sure to be more aware for next time and in more recent projects i have done, like my music video.
D.) Creativity
Example 1: Script writing: Unit 11:

The edited script - ending

Example 2: My game design: Unit 32

Example 3: Screenshot from short film: Unit 17
This relates to a screenwriter because screenwriters create scripts and i did a script from my idea for a film, the films name was Alien World: Infection from a bite. To be a screenwriter you have to be creative and i created the story and idea and then made the script. A cinematographer shoots the footage for the film and says where the lighting should go and brings the script to life, for the short film i did some of the recording and brought the equipment with me, i also thought we would need a light since we were recording in the dark and we ended up using it and i made sure that the camera was in focus before recording, which is why sometimes the footage is focus since someone else did the recording since i was acting and they didn't know that the camera was meant to be in focus. So I've had experience with the camera and script writing, however i'm not great at working it, i know how to record and put it in focus but when it comes to trying to fix the lighting on there i'm not so good and when you are a cinematographer you have to be really good with the camera and know how to do that and sometimes the camera breaks and i don't know how to fix it.
The script shows that i know how to format a script and that i can write one, which is needed to be a screenwriter, it also shows my creativity, which is also needed since you have to think of ideas for the script, based on either a theme or on another script but it has to be changed a bit, so its not exactly the same. One of my weakness is not being great with the camera since i'm not good at setting up the exposure or lighting on the camera itself or changing the colour on it. However i can learn more skills on using the camera so i can be better at using it, so then i can be a cinematographer, since those skills are required. Another weakness is not being good at shortening my paragraphs, which is needed for a screenwriter, so its not too long and its easy to read, but this would be for the action parts, however they are fine, but i still need to improve it, which i can do through practice. I would say that my creative skills don't need improving, since its one of my strongest skills, however i need to be better at shortening sentences so i can fit more important details in, i am referring to my script, however i still liked it and for this script there wasn't too much. To improve it i will practice more.
